It is most famous service when you use moving service. We move your cargo to the destination house. For the large items, we remove the packing and replace them.
Procedure for moving overseas
We will counsel you at first if you tell us your basic information on e-mail. And we provide you estimation taking into account many things such as your schedule.
For the accurate estimation, we visit you and discuss about estimation.
We will notice you information for local situation and cooperation and we check your cargo and transportation condition.
03 Contract of moving service
We write up a contract, provide you information about insurance and transport, and register the packing service considering your schedule.
04 Packing service
We pack the cargo using special box (antibacterial / anti-humidity).
We use lifts and elevator to load and unload cargo.
We write up an item list and buy insurance on the date.
After packing cargo, we put it in container for marine transport.
05 Moving in domestic
We move to the port on the departure date.
All cargo is declared for export to Korean customs.
06 Shipment (Departure)
After you submit shipment documents to a shipping company, you will get a bill of landing and an insurance policy.
After departure, we give the bill of landing to the local office.
07 Customs Clearance
We process customs according to customs regulations of the destination country.
You have to notice the correct address of final destination.
After finishing customs we deliver cargo to your house.
We deliver cargo into your house and we confirm undertaking at the day.
If there is any loss or damage, we write up insurance demand documents.
The time required
After departure from Incheon or Busan, it takes 7 to 25 days to arrive. It needs 1~3 days for customs clearance. For special area such as Central Asia and China, please require separately.

After departure from Incheon or Busan, it takes 20 to 25 days to arrive. It needs 7~10 days for customs clearance and delivery.
> North America
West America (After departure from Busan, it takes 10 to 12 days to arrive in LA port. It needs 5~7 days for customs clearance. It takes 3~4 days for transport and delivery. For the interior area, it needs more 7~14 days.)
East America (After departure from Busan, it takes 23 to 25 days to arrive in New York port. It needs 5~7 days for customs clearance. For the interior area, it needs more days.)
Middle America (After departure from Busan, it takes 18 to 21 days to arrive in Chicago.. It needs 5~7 days for customs clearance. For the interior area, it needs more days.)
South America (After departure from Busan, it takes 20 to 23 days to arrive in Atlanta. It needs 7~10 days for customs clearance. For the interior area, it needs more days.)
Canada (After departure from Busan, it takes 14 to 15 days to arrive in Vancouver. It needs 7 days for customs clearance. For Toronto, it needs more 7 days.)
Latin America (After departure from Busan, it takes 14 to 23 days to arrive. It needs 7 days for customs clearance. Please request separately because there are many things to prepare before departure.)
After departure from Busan, it takes 30 to 39 days to arrive in Cape Town. It needs 5-10 days for customs clearance and delivery. Other areas need to be requested separately.)

North Island (Auckland): After departure from Busan, it takes 21 to 27 days to arrive. It needs 7-10 days for customs clearance and quarantine.

The way to calculate the cost
The cost is calculated by weight, measurement, and value. The weight and volume of cargo are basis of calculating the cost.
There is W, M, or W/M marked in the chart of tariff for carriage. For W, the cost is calculated by the weight and for M, the cost is calculated by the measurement.
W/M means that bigger weight among real weight and measurement weight is the basis.
If you use air transport, the cost is calculated by W/M, in other words real weight (Kg) and volume (CBM).
The real weight means the real weight of cargo and measurement weight is calculated by the packed cargo size.
For flight, the bigger weight among real weight and measurement is the basis.
> Ferry traffic
It has CBM and CFT which are measurements for volume. CBM is normally used.
CBM is an abbreviation of Cubic Meter. The standard unit is Meter and it means that 1m length * 1m width * 1m height = 1CBM. CFT is an abbreviation of Cubic Feet. It is calculated as CBM*35*3165.
We can know the correct CBM after we pack and load the cargo on the container.
If you use a container alone because of large amount of cargo, you have to pay the cost of the whole container for your cargo.

Additional marine insurance fee, pay for ladder, pay for the special cargo (such as piano, rock bed, and strong box), and local cost (such as customs, inspection expenses, and quarantine expenses) that is calculated differ from country to country.

Guide for buying insurance
1. Please appropriate value separately into C/T NO.
2. Please write down the insurance amount in USD.
3. Please submit evidential facts (photo), estimation for the repairs, and an insurance claim in a month if the cargo is damaged or lost.
4. Check the packing list given at the day of packing. The company and you each will keep it.
5. You can fix the cost of 부보. The amount of cost is related to the insurance fee.
6. In normal we appropriate the cost considering the first cost and using years.
7. We make up all risk and breakage for emigrant cargo.
